Our judical system places so much power in the hands of judges, but throughout history, so many have abused that power that now they are limited in how they wield it. There is no reason the judge who tried the case shouldn’t be the one who is leading the call for Mr.Drake’s appeal. It’s very rare that I can feel sorry for a person that has been given a ‘life without parole’ sentence, but if the facts are what has been laid out here and in other articles I have read, my heart breaks for this young man. Good luck to him and those close to him. I truly hope he is able to win his appeal

I almost felt like I wanted to wait for him.(haven’t heard from him in 3 weeks) Yes I miss him, he made me feel so at ease when we were together. But I’m not even sure he’s coming back. All of my attempts to contact him. Tell him about the death in my Family. I really truly enjoyed our conversations. He knows this. But whatever is happening to him I just hope that he’s ok. And that he’ll say hi to me one day soon.
