Overachieving is for Suckers

I’m in the computer lab, wasting my time on Facebook and the interwebs, trying to keep the tendency to fidget at bay. It makes me feel a little redonkulous to be facebooking in the computer lab, but that isn’t half as bad as the guy next to me doing research on Kanye West, so I stand righteous.

Man I need to go potty.

Good god, that Nubian Goddess has the most badass blonde hair I have ever seen.

Did you know that Shakespeare is responsible for a good deal of the phrases regular schmoes say? It’s true. An example of such is NOT forthcoming because, as the title of this blog states, I’m not an overachiever. I don’t need to prove my statement to you! I just to pass the next 50 minutes without losing my mind.

Oh…and find the bathroom. At some point.

  1. Love your blog, Caitlin ! It is very nicely done, great background; black is such a good backdrop for clarity and drama. Your interests are diverse and your writing excellent. I just found your comment on my blog about the destruction / loss of my home and want to say thanks for your prayers and thoughts on my behalf. I just discovered how to put a “Donate” paypal button on the site, so now any readers who want to help me can do so easily. I hope you will share my terrible story with your friends so they will have the chance to give some help if they wish to do so. In the meantime, I am still living with my friend and still broke… But continuing to be persistent in my postings to my other blog, http://www.jopeters.blogspot.com, which is a cybermagazine with loads of features. I am building a following and looking for something to sell online there besides my paintings. So far I have sold nothing, but people from France, Japan, Thailand, and other countries are now emailing me and signing up as followers. I hope you will find it an interesting blog to follow as well, and I send to you all my best wishes for the growth and development of your blog as the days, months and years pass. Congrats on such a great blog.
